1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Security & Responsibility

All activity that occurs on your account — including bets placed, withdrawals requested and bonuses claimed — is your responsibility regardless of whether you authorised that specific action. • Do not allow anyone else to use your account, even temporarily.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All transactions on x222 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage. The following payment methods are accepted:

Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless expressly agreed otherwise by x222 support. This policy exists to prevent fraud and protect both players and the platform.

x222 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Standard verification requests are typically resolved within 24 hours. Players are encouraged to complete account verification proactively to avoid delays when withdrawing winnings.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

x222 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from real money funds. Real money is used and exhausted before bonus funds in most game types, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated as wagering-free. The standard wagering requirement on x222 welcome bonuses is 20× the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing bets or playing casino games on x222, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Bet placement is final. Once a bet or wager is confirmed and accepted by x222, it cannot be amended or cancelled except where the platform's in-play cash-out feature applies.
• Minimum and maximum stakes apply per market, game and event. These are displayed at the time of placing each bet. x222 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its discretion.
• Errors and technical faults. In the event of a technical error during a casino game or sports bet — including a communication failure, software error or server issue — x222 reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and return the stake to the player. No winnings will be paid on rounds affected by verified technical errors.
• Sports betting rules. Bets are settled in accordance with x222's sports betting rules, which are available on the platform. In general, bets stand on the official result as declared by the governing body of the relevant sport or competition.
• PSL and cricket bets. PSL match bets are settled on the official match result. If a match is abandoned before a result is determined, stakes are returned. If a DLS result is declared, bets stand on the DLS outcome.
• Casino game results are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes cannot be predicted, influenced or manipulated by any player or third party.

x222 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match fixing, collusion or any other form of cheating, regardless of whether the relevant governing body has formally made a determination.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on x222 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence to place bets, play games or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Any such exploit must be reported to support@x222.best immediately.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to credit card fraud, identity fraud, chargeback fraud or collusion with other players.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform. x222 complies with applicable anti-money laundering requirements and will report suspicious activity.
• Using VPN, proxy services or any other method to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing any x222 staff member, agent or other player.
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting any other person in doing so for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
